About Commissions:

The painting I wanted to buy has been sold – Can you paint me another one?

Absolutely! I'm happy to reproduce my work for you, though of course there will be slight variations - which makes every painting a genuine original. 
Simply contact me via phone or email and I can take you through the process of commissioning your own painting.


I really love a particular painting but I'd like it at a different size. Could you paint a new one in a different format for me?

YES.  I can do that too. Please be aware that this will affect the price of the painting and its (optional) framing and shipping costs.


I have a particular object/still-life arrangement I'd like to have painted by you. Do you accept commissions like this?

I'd be happy to discuss your hopes and preferences for an original commission. Please contact me to see what can be arranged.

About Shipping & Delivery costs:

Do you ship worldwide?

YES. Costs for shipping vary depending on your order and location. For best delivery prices, contact me with your delivery address and I will calculate the most accurate shipping prices for your order. Any taxes levied will be paid by you.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
NO. Addresses cannot be a post office box, as the parcel must be signed for upon receipt.

When will my purchase be shipped to me?
Artwork ships within 5 business days, plus transit.

About Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

YES. I understand that, for whatever reason, things just don’t work out. So if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, send it back within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to receive return instructions and have your order replaced.

How do I return artwork?

EASY! Simply fill out the Returns Form that arrived with your artwork and send it back with your item. Keep the order number for your records – it will be used to reference your order if you call me. If you cannot locate a returns form, you can access a new one here. Simply download and print out.
Use the original packing materials that your artwork came in when re-packaging and returning your order. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund your Paypal account for the price of the artwork.


If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of your purchase date to get a credit or refund on the purchase price.
Your order should be re-packaged in the original packaging and returned in like-new (undamaged) condition.

Outgoing or return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
